Is it just bad seal, or something worse I did use search button. I replaced the front main seal and timing cover gasket, the thing still leaks I checked and it's leaking on the back of the pulley, from above the oil pan

You're probably going to have to pull the front cover Are you sure its not the water pump leaking down over the front cover That would be a lot easier and cheaper to fix.
